Describe your own experience
Explain the service you used, what happened and the outcome you experienced. Disclose any employment, ownership or other connection that could affect how readers understand your account. Opinions can be positive, negative or mixed.
Do not submit a made-up experience, copied review, advertisement or review written in exchange for payment or an incentive. Do not include passwords, card details, security codes, booking references or another person's private information.
What happens before publication
Every new review is held for moderation. The team may decline or remove duplicates, spam, threats, private data, unlawful material and contributions unrelated to the company. A low score alone is not a reason for removal; favorable reviews follow the same rules.
Moderation is not purchase verification and does not establish that every statement is factually correct. The directory does not label a review as a verified purchase merely because it has been approved.
The system accepts one review per email address for each company. A second submission does not replace the first. To request a correction to your own review, identify it in a message to the publisher.
What becomes public
An approved review can show your display name, rating, title, written account, experience date and submission date. Your email address is kept private. Reviews are presented by submission date, with recent submissions first.
The displayed community score averages only published review ratings for that company. Pending and rejected reviews do not count. A company without published reviews has no community score, and scores from outside platforms are not mixed into it.
Rights and reports
You keep the rights to your original contribution and give the publisher non-exclusive permission to store, display and moderate it as part of this directory. Please submit only material you are entitled to share.
Use Report a review to explain a specific concern. For a request about your own text, contact the publisher from the address used to submit it where possible. We may ask for limited information to confirm the connection. Neither posting nor reporting a review opens a support case with the listed company.
